Facility Rental
Overview
The Board permits outside agencies to use school premises for educational and recreational purposes, public meetings, entertainments, cultural, social, civic, religious functions, or other Board-approved purposes.
The Board believes in the fullest and best use of the premises belong to the citizens of the District. To achieve this goal, use of premises by both school and student-connected activities, as well as by community organizations and groups, shall be encouraged.
The use of buildings and premises to fulfill educational objectives of the school shall have preference over all other requests.
Facilities Rental Procedures
Download the Application for use of School Premises form and fill out completely. If you need assistance, please call the Operations Department at (614) 801-2195. All applications must be submitted fourteen (14) days prior to the requested use date.
Individuals and organizations requesting use of Jefferson Local Schools' facilities must include a certificate of liability insurance (if requested by the District), IRS Letter of Determination (proof of non-profit designation), and a completed W-9, if applicable must be included with application.
